The Winter Seminar w/ Garland Lessley

Garland Lessley's seminar on carcass casting was well attended, with nearly 20 members present. Garland demonstrated a couple techniques he uses to make his own manikins. While Murphy’s Law always seems to apply to seminars, everyone left with a better knowledge of what it takes to mold and cast their own forms. I think I speak for everybody there when I thank Garland for coming and sharing some of his secrets, and thanking Curt Shahan for graciously allowing us to invade his shop for a day. Those that missed it missed out on an educational opportunity.
